DrivrSync keeps a small crew of pharmacy delivery drivers on the same page: who is running which route, which shifts need coverage, and when the pharmacy is ready for pickup.

What DrivrSync is
DrivrSync is a private, invite-only web app used by one crew of independent courier drivers who deliver medications from a pharmacy to long-term care facilities in Iowa. It is not a public service and there is no public sign-up. Each crew member is added by the crew administrator.
DrivrSync is built and operated by L&MC Innovative Ventures Ltd Co, a Cedar Rapids, Iowa company run by a working courier on the same route.
For drivers
Everything the crew used to sort out over scattered group texts, in one place.
- Route calendarWho is scheduled for each day and night route, with departure times and holidays.
- Coverage requestsPost a shift you need covered, and any crew member can claim it.
- Shift tradesPropose a swap with another driver and they accept or decline it.
- Time offRequest days off so the crew can see gaps coming.
- Crew chatOne conversation for the whole crew, with pinned posts for standing info.
- Private shift logEach driver's own record of shifts and mileage, visible only to that driver.
For partner pharmacies
Pharmacy staff don't need an account. Each partner pharmacy gets its own private page with a few large buttons: on time, running behind, ready for pickup, and request an extra or STAT run.
One tap updates the crew's board and sends a text alert to the drivers who opted in, so the right driver knows right away. Extra pickup requests are claimed by a driver and tracked from claimed to in transit to delivered. The pharmacy gets one clear answer to "who's got it?" instead of calling around.
No patient information, by design
DrivrSync coordinates people, routes, and pickup times. There are no fields for patient names, medications, or delivery contents, and none of that is ever sent by text.
Crew members are asked not to enter patient information anywhere in the app, including chat.
Text alerts
Crew members can choose to get text alerts for things that need a quick response, like a pharmacy pickup update, an uncovered shift, or a trade request. Texting is optional and is not required to use DrivrSync.
